Terms & Conditions
A minimum of 10 children and maximum of 20 per party. 1 adult
free per 10 children, 2 adults free per 11-15 children, 3 adults
free per 16-20 children.
Please ask guests to arrive ½ an hour before the first booked
activity time and allow 2½ hours for the whole party package to be
enjoyed (longer if you wish to stay at the Zoo after the party
activities). Party food is eaten in a reserved area within Mr
Macawbers Cafe under the supervision of the accompanying adults. 10% discount for additional pre-ordered food orders
(pre-ordered 7 days before party date) for party organisers group
only (i.e. the group the
party organiser has paid either birthday party fee or admission
for). The party group may spend the rest of the day at the Zoo
(children must be accompanied by adults at all times). Mr Macawbers
Cafe cannot guarantee the food prepared within its kitchen is free
from nut traces.
Full payment, final numbers and menu choices must be received 7 days
prior to the date of the party. A non-refundable deposit of £25.00
must be placed to secure the booking, after which the party
invitations may be collected. A minimum fee for 10 children
(£129.90) will be charged irrespective of cancellations made on the
day. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if the booking is
cancelled less than 7 days before the party date. A fee of 100% will
be charged if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the
party date.
It is the responsibility of the party organiser to ensure the party
group is at the location of the SHOW 10 minutes before the start
time, at the location of the ENCOUNTER 5 minutes before the start
time and at the cafe for lunch at the allocated time. A 1 hour slot
is allocated for lunch for each party, failure to arrive on time may
result in the party lunch being held outside of the birthday area. Failure to arrive before the show or encounter start times
will result in the birthday party missing this activity. No refund
will be given in any of these instances. It is the responsibility of
the party organiser to declare any animal related allergies their
guests may have. Balloons may be brought into the cafe area
only. Noisemakers are not
permitted anywhere on site. No alcohol is permitted anywhere on
site. All bookings are subject to availability.
