WE LOVE BIRDS - Extra animal encounters and conservation presentations. If you love birds, want to know more about them and learn how to help them at home, come and find out here at the zoo. If you are feeling a little romantic, why not bring someone special for the day and find out about our animals falling in love at this time of year!

Sun 7th March - New for 2010 - South East Asia Weekend

CELEBRATING ALL THINGS SOUTH EAST ASIAN - the wildlife, spirit and culture of this fascinating part of the world. Featuring Asian Short-clawed Otters, Marbled Polecats, Asian Lorikeets, Asian Cockatiels and much, much more!

Fri 2nd to Mon 5th April - Easter Extravaganza

Come and see our Easter Egg and Spoon fun races and watch as our keepers try to beat the lucky youngsters chosen from the audience. The winners will receive a special Easter surprise! (So the keepers will definitely be out to win!).

We've got a bumper crop of baby animals for you to see here at the zoo! Why not come and join in with the fun and games for all the family! You'll be able to see our live animal encounters that run throughout the day, and you can be really nosy, checking out our new incubation room.
