GROUP VISITS

PLEASE NOTE: The information on this page is for GROUP VISITS to our zoo only. If you are planning to bring a SCHOOL group (including PRESCHOOLS) please see our EDUCATIONAL VISITS page.
The daily programme of Animal Encounters will keep you entertained all day, with plenty of chances for relaxation in the serene surroundings.
The park is fully accessible to wheelchairs and therefore also suitable for those with limited mobility. There are also toilet facilities for the disabled and baby changing facilities.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
We can provide a variety of Private Encounters which are not open to the general public. These sessions are more in-depth than the Animal Encounters which take place throughout the day at Tropical Wings. If you would like to book a Private Encounter please contact us for more information so we can offer you an encounter that suits your individual needs. Whenever possible we will try to include a hands-on experience with livestock during these sessions, but Tropical Wings reserves the right to omit this on occasions when it is deemed necessary, owing to the nature of livestock.

GOODY BAGS
Our gift shop is well stocked with many items at pocket money prices. However, many groups with children have found that it is much easier and fairer to order our goody bags at just £3.00 each (contents may vary but will include at least 5 items totalling a value greater than £3.00). It is also much less time-consuming, leaving the children longer to enjoy their visit. They are also ideal to add the finishing touch to your child's birthday celebrations. Goody bags must be ordered in advance (see booking form) and may be collected from Reception at any time during your visit.
These can be tailored to your requirements.

Delicious hot and cold home-baked refreshments. Please ensure that your group booking for the Tea Rooms is made at least a week in advance of your visit. Contact the Tea Rooms directly on 01245 329259. A £20 deposit will be required at time of booking (Tea Rooms only).
